MemberReference allows your members to book into sessions and events by using the booking module.
SelectSettings in the menu on the left.
Select Products & Discounts.
Select Add Product.
Enter the details for your product as normal.

Select the Booking Availability tab. This is where you will specify on which days and times the session/event will run.
Tick the days you want, set the start and end time and specify the quantity of places that are available.
If the same session is running on different days at different times, click on the + icon at the end of the row to add another line. Continue until you have specified all the dates, times and places that you need.
If you need to block out some availability, click on the Blocked Availability tab and enter the blocked dates.
Make sure to use the correct date format - YYYY-MM-DD - so that the system recognises the dates you enter.
If you need to block out more than one period of time, click on the + icon at the end of the row to add another line. Continue until you have set up all the times you need.
Important: changes to booking and blocked availability are not stored until you press Save.
Link your products as normal. You will see any that use the booking module displayed as calendar options with the capacities against them. This shows a potential user what is available for them to book.
